Rebecca Winters, Attorney Rebecca is the founder of Rebecca Winters Law. She is a native of the Huntsville/Madison County area. Prior to opening her own firm, she apprenticed for over five years under her mentor, Leigh Daniel, a proven veteran of family law in North Alabama. Rebecca understands that when you are seeking a legal advocate, you are looking for guidance during a stressful time in your life. Her clients appreciate her compassion, attentiveness, willingness to listen and her ability to help them understand even the most complex legal situation.
As both a mother and an attorney, Rebecca understands the power of the Court and the importance of ensuring your case is handled with knowledge, skill, and dedication. Charity Dyer joined Rebecca Winters Law in 2020 as Mrs. Winters's legal assistant.
Ms. Dyer attended Southern Utah University where she got her Bachelor's of Science in Psychology. She began law school in August 2021 and anticipates graduating December of 2024. Ms. Dyer shares a passion for learning the law and helping clients and assists with all aspects of RWL.
